This supportive care coaching includes:
- Initial 1 hour face to face coaching session with the aide (family may be included to build team spirit)
- Regular coach check in calls by phone
- An on call coach when a need arises for expert advice (minimum of 15 minutes)
- On the Fly Reference Guide for the Homecare Worker

Cost: $ 100.00 for Reference Guide (may be photocopied at your agency for
each homecare client's in home chart)
$ 100.00 per hour telephone coaching (may be used in 15 minute
increments)
