Time of Life
Monday, December 27, 2021
I just perused previous blogs. I found one from 2015, saying I was ending my nursing career in a year or two. Well, it came this year on December 1st. I turned 80 last May, so after 60+ years of active nursing I decided to 'hang up my cap'. Now I can concentrate full-time on StilMee coaching services.
I have been blessed to have trained some of the most compassionate, dedicated and smart women as coaches.
I hear nothing but praise about their helpfulness to caregivers. This is our 22nd year coaching families. The challenges are much the same as they have been in the past, with new challenges since the lockdowns of the pandemic which put an enormous burden on caregivers to balance work, caregiving, sometimes remote learning for children in the home, and recreation. It has been a hard journey for caregivers. They all deserve the 'purple heart' medal for sure. Let's hope for a more peaceful year in 2022. Our coaches will help make it so for many.
