Autumn is a glorious time of crisp air, gorgeous colors in the trees and a great time to get outdoors. Take advantage. Although winter is also beautiful, it isn't always conducive to comfortable walking. I'm walking 4-5 miles a day now and enjoying the scenes I don't see when I'm behind a wheel. Get out there!
